as promised, some recipes to make the perfect apple and blackberry pie this summer!!
pie crust, from the book art of the pie, which is a wonderful reference for pies.... obviously.
also a written document of a filling that is based on the basics from art of the pie, but is more specifically made for a blackberry and apple pie filling. apple and blackberry was my nana's favorite pie to make, so it is very sentimental to me. happy baking and happy summer!!
