⭐︎atomic twins, me and kevin have been religiously watching every new video of theirs for over a year now. they're ex mormon twins who do commentary on reality tv shows and follow along with them. editing is good, better than sitting through HOURS of a shitty tv shows, they have all the highlights & make funny edits.

⭐︎jack bensinger, another one of kevin's look alikes that i watch on youtube, a bit goofy and silly but has some crack up moments for sure

⭐︎madfit, workout videos i've been doing from home, most need only a yoga mat, but now that i have bands and weights i have been incorporating. her 20/30 min workouts are great, she has shorter ones too! music sucks but they're easy to follow.

water bottle for my piriformis ❤︎

i did make a rice filled hot pad awhile back which i actually really loved. i made it in a star shape which was nice to wrap around the sides of my body and spread further than another shape would. anyway then we got rid of our microwave and i realized that the hot pad was the only thing i ever used it for. although online there was some discourse about heating a rice filled hot pad in the oven, it required cotton fabric, and i wasn't sure if all the fabrics i had used were 100% cotton. i don't know why i hadn't thought of a hot water bottle before, but it is quite nice. i use much hotter water than they say to, i am admitting that now, but that may be a common thing. there is some worry that it may burst at some point but i am hoping to not have to use it constantly for the rest of my life. speaking of my piriformis, that has been pretty shit, so i wrote about it a bit here if you're interested in me venting.

blueberry cheesecake!!

recipe included here! this has been my best cheesecake yet, the reason may have something to do with the recipe being good, but truly what is really is is i finally listened to allllll of the instructions and actually did them. making it day ahead of time does wonders, as well as baking it for the actual time rather than longer, which i used to do because i wouldn't have time to set it overnight.
